Landmark Group was founded in 1988 as Landmark Management Group, a real estate company that listed and sold investment properties.  The company quickly realized that owners of investment property needed an effective solution to manage their properties and found few quality alternatives in the Omaha Market.  At the request of our clients we began to offer the service of managing properties in Omaha and Council Bluffs to our range of services. We soon became and remain a full service management company.  We collect rents; provide a detailed accounting on a consolidated and a property level including income and expense details and all tenant transactions.  As part of our accounting function we provide all necessary accounting to your CPA to prepare your tax returns.

In addition to the accounting functions we perform all maintenance functions from a clogged drain to major structural work. We provide leasing services which includes background and credit checks on all prospective tenants. We file and handle the entire eviction process through an attorney that specializes in landlord tenant law. All of these services can be individually tailored to your needs and due to our low overhead our prices are competitive. We also direct your advertising expense which includes signs in the yard, a weekly add in the American Classifieds, a free listing on our web site and free postings on craigslist.org.
