The requirements to participate in this program include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Tenant must rent/have rented for 30 years
- Tenant is responsible for maintenance under $100
- All capital improvements get added to the purchase price
- Tenant cannot get more than 30 days past due on rent
- Must have renters insurance in force for the entire time
- Rent will be in accordance to relative property taxes and interest rates (rent could be subject to change)
- Program begins from date the option to buy is signed
