The requirements to participate in this program include, but are not limited to, the following:

| • | Must have renters insurance in force for the entire time |
| • | Rent will be in accordance to list price, lease term, and percent of equity |
| • | Deposit is required |
| • | Program begins from date the option to buy is signed |
| • | Tenant must have financially sound rental history |
| • | # If option is to purchase is not exercised during the option period, all option monies paid by the tenant shall be forfeited |
| • | Tenants may use this option in the house they are currently living or any vacant Landmark Property (subject to owner approval) |
| • | Monthly payments are negotiable |
